According to TEAMtalk sources, the Red Devils have made Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite one of their top targets in the defensive area.
Meanwhile, Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans are both out of contract at the end of the season and players such as Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof also have their futures questioned. 
In December, Man Utd activated the option to extend Lindelof’s contract for another year to ensure that he would not leave for free in the summer.
At this time, many clubs have approached Lindelof, including giants in the Saudi Pro League, but the Swedish midfielder is not interested in this idea.
He replied to Fotbollskanalen: “I haven’t really thought about that. Maybe I don’t really feel like I’m at that point in my career and that I want to move somewhere else.”
“I feel like I want to stay in Europe and play at that level,” Lindelof affirmed.
