Kylie Jenner has described Kim Kardashian as her favourite sister currently, saying they have had lots of ‘similar experiences lately’ after both suffered public splits.
The make-up mogul, 25, broke up with her long-term partner and father of her two children, Travis Scott last month.
Meanwhile, Kim, 42, split from her last boyfriend Pete Davidson in August last year, before finally settling her divorce from ex-husband Kanye West in November.
Kylie covered Vanity Fair Italy, where she posed topless and sported a fresh-faced minimal make-up look to showcase her natural beauty.
Speaking to the publication, Kylie named Kim as her favourite sister, saying: ‘It changes over time. Right now it’s Kim.’
Referencing their mutual breakups, she added: ‘Kim has changed so much recently. We are very connected, she is always the first sister I call when I need something. We have been going through a lot of similar experiences lately.’
She revealed she and sister Kendall have the least in common, but that ‘opposites attract’.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder shares two children with rapper Travis, their daughter, Stormi, 4, and one-year-old son, Aire, who was born last year in February 2022.
They reportedly decided to call it quits for the second time in January after the two stars rekindled their romance in 2020.
‘This has happened so many times before, they’re known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great co-parents,’ an insider told Us Weekly.
Meanwhile, Kim and Kanye finally settled their divorce in November 2022 after an ugly public battle that raged on for almost two years since they split.
The pair have now come to an accord on the custody of their four kids, parenting plans and division of their multimillion dollar real estate portfolio.
Kim is getting $200,000 in child support monthly, TMZ reported after reviewing court docs.
Kanye, 45, and Kim share joint custody and have ‘equal access’ to their four kids North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three.
Insiders told TMZ that Kim will have custody of the children most of the time.
Under terms of the agreement, Kanye will be responsible for 50 percent of the educational and security expenses for the four kids.
Elsewhere in the interview, Kylie opened up on her post-partum depression, saying she had experienced it with both pregnancies.
She said: ‘The first time was very difficult, the second was more manageable. I would tell those women not to over-think things and to live all the emotions of that moment to the fullest. Stay inside that moment, even if it is painful.
‘I know, in those moments you think that it will never pass, that your body will never be the same as before, that you will never be the same. That’s not true: the hormones, the emotions at that stage are much, much more powerful and bigger than you. My advice is to live through that transition, without fear of the aftermath.’
Kylie has spoken about her ‘baby blues’ previously on an episode of The Kardashians in October.
Just weeks after giving birth to her second child, she opened up about her emotions postpartum and how she’s embracing her body, even her ‘saggy t*ts.’
When Kendall asks Kylie how she is and how the baby is, Kylie says it’s been, ‘really hard for me.’
‘I cried non-stop all day for the first three weeks,’ Kylie says, which Kendall adds was an, ’emotional roller-coaster.’
Kylie adds, ‘It’s just the baby blues and then it kinda goes away. I had it with Stormi too,’ and that she would cry so much she would just ‘lay in bed and my head would hurt so much.’
Kylie reveals in confession, ‘I’m not a doctor, but I read on Google they call it ‘baby blues’ when it doesn’t last past six weeks.’
‘After about six weeks, I started to feel better, but I definitely had a case of the blues,’ Kylie admitted, telling Kendall she’s feeling better and not ‘crying every day so that’s great.’
‘I don’t have bad days with my body, I have bad days mentally and I need my first night out,’ Kylie says.
