Tianmen Mountain (天门山) is a mountain in Tianmen Mountain National Park, Zhangjiajie, northwest of Hunan Province, China. There is a cable car line built by France near Zhangjiajie train station. This cable car is called by many travel publications as “the longest cable car on the highest mountain in the world”. There are a total of 98 cabins with a length from the ground to the top of the mountain of 7,455m. From the cable car cabin, visitors can look down into the valley and admire the lush green landscape, with forests following extremely unique undulating mountains.

From the moment you stand on the first steps, you will be completely overwhelmed by the majesty of the heavenly gate. The staircase going up to the heaven gate has 3 lanes with a vertical slope but is supported by handrails so visitors can maintain their strength to climb to the highest step.

San Dao Kinh challenges people who are afraid of heights
