The petite beauty wore a baggy black jacket with moto details and matching oversized pants.
She slipped her pedicured feet into a pair of flat thong sandals as she carried her youngest child, Psalm, who turns five on May 9.
The reality television personality covered her brown eyes with sporty, glossy, black sunglasses.

Psalm looked adorable in a brown and orange jersey, shorts, and white and black Nike sneakers.
In addition to the boys, Kim and the Chicago-bred rapper also share daughters North, 10, and Chicago, six.
The game day comes after earlier this week Kardashian used social media to promote the upcoming season of Hulu’s The Kardashians.
Fans were recently shocked to see Saint in a video clip shared on social media by Kim’s younger sister Khloe, 39.
The Good American founder shared a clip of her kids having an impromptu dance party in the kitchen with their cousins at the end of March.
Followers were shocked to see how fast Kim and Kanye West’s younger has grown.
‘A medley,’ Kardashian captioned the video, which featured Psalm and his sister Chicago.
Khloe and Tristan Thompson’s daughter True, 6, and 1-year-old son Tatum also appeared in the clip.
‘STOP! When did Psalm get so biggggg,’ wrote one fan in the comments. ‘OMG the cuteness I can’t.’
‘There is nooo way that’s Psalm? OMG,’ a follower wrote.
‘I had to make an educated guess about Psalm,’ wrote another.
Adding to her roster of business ventures and projects, Kim is set to produce a new Netflix series called Calabasas.
She will work on the show alongside fellow producers Emma Roberts and I. Marlene King.
Calabasas will be based on the book If You Lived Here You’d Be Famous By Now by Via Bleidner.
Marlene will write the script adaptation in addition to serving as showrunner.
Calabasas will tell the story of a 16-year-old girl from the midwest named Via, who transfers to Calabasas High after her family moves to California.
