A map has gone viral after he filmed himself rowing up a river to save his dog from drowning by a wild kangaroo.

Moments later, the kangaroo is caught on video on the map, with its arms and claws visible, before the video fades to black and hits the water,

The muffled sounds of a struggle are heard before the video reappears showing the kangaroo standing high in the river facing the map, with the dog set free.

The map is seen splashing water at the kangaroo before returning to shore while laughing to himself and cursing the animal being moved.

Supporters were quick to rally behind the mapman’s brave actions, with some claiming they too would ‘fight a kangaroo’ for their dog. Other users from overseas were confused by the rυп-inп with what is considered by many to be a symbol of Australian culture and faυa.
