But Khloe Kardashian was in ‘mommy mode’ on Wednesday as she stepped out in Calabasas with her daughter True, five, and niece Dream, seven.

After she picked up the girls from school, they made a quick stop at a nearby Rite-Aid for Thriftys ice cream.

The Good American founder, 39, rocked a casual all-black outfit that highlighted her slender frame and famous backside.

She had on a long-sleeve top, skinny jeans and a pair of Nike sneakers.

Sporting large sunglasses, Khloe appeared makeup-free and her long blonde hair was worn down.

She held hands with True and Dream as they made their way through the ice cream spot’s parking lot.

Khloe shares True as well as one-year-old son Tatum, who was born via surrogate, with her philandering ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 33.

Dream is Khloe’s younger brother Robert Kardashian’s, 36, only child with ex-fiancee Black Chyna, 35.

Khloe and Dream each picked out colorful ice cream cones while True emerged with just a plain sugar cone in hand.

Hours earlier, Khloe shocked fans by publicly wishing Tristan a happy birthday on Instagram despite how he’s treated her in the past.

She posted two heartwarming photos of the Cleveland Cavaliers star. One was with their children True and Tatum, and another with his younger brother.

In the first photo of the family opening gifts on the dining room floor, she wrote, ‘Happy Birthday’ as she tagged him.

‘Your mommy is proud of you. Happy birthday,’ she added on a second photo of him and his 17 year-old brother Amari who has epilepsy.

The caption is a reference to the NBA star’s mother, Andrea, who passed in her Toronto home of a heart attack January of last year.

Thompson is officially the legal guardian of Amari. According to court documents obtained by TODAY.com, a judge in Los Angeles County Superior Court granted Thompson’s request for guardianship of Amari on Feb. 26, 2024.

Khloe and Tristan were first linked in the summer of 2016 when they were spotted at LA’s Bootsy Bellows nightclub.

In a 2017 interview, the Good American co-founder said they met via a blind date set up by their mutual friend, Brandon Jennings, and was reluctant at the time.

October of that same year, the pair went Instagram official in a romantic Halloween post where the two posed as Marvel’s Storm and the Black Panther.

April of 2018, the 33 year-old Canada native fathered his almost six year-old daughter, True, with the reality star until their world came crashing down.

Just days before the birth, he was caught in an exclusive video locking lips with a sexy brunette at Manhattan club.

At the time, a source revealed that ‘Khloé carried his child and is much more in the limelight than he is, and she doesn’t think he understands the consequences of his decisions

‘She thinks the cheating scandal is a way bigger deal than he does, and he doesn’t fully understand the repercussions of his actions affecting not only him and Khloé but the entire family as a whole.’

In February 2019, TMZ reported that he cheated again kissing Jordyn Woods, a close family friend. Woods, then best friend of Kylie Jenner, confirmed it in a Red Table Talk.

Khloe subsequently tweeted, ‘Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child…

‘Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY.’

The two have not been together since 2021 but co-parent their children in a public and civilized manner.

In 2022, Kardashian had her son Tatum via surrogate and changed his last name to Thompson over a year after his birth.

The 39-year-old businesswoman was previously married to NBA star Lamar Odom from 2009 to 2016.

After one month of dating, they said ‘I do’ but could not make it last as they quietly separated in 2013 amid cheating rumors.

The reality star put a three year pause on signing the official divorce because of his near-fatal overdose in a Las Vegas brothel.
