Khloe Kardashian shocked fans as she showed off her fuller pout, with many wondering if she’s had plastic surgery.

The 39-year-old supported her sister Kourtney Kardashian at an event for the star’s wellness brand Lemme. The pair enjoyed a breakfast together at Target surrounded by friends and family.

Khloe offered a helping hand to her sister as she appeared in a promotional video for Lemme. The mother-of-two looked incredible in the clip, wearing a skintight purple dress with a ruffled flower detail and a satin coat. However, some people were distracted by Khloe’s face and took to Reddit to share their thoughts.

One cruel troll wrote: «No we are not ok because your alien lips take up half of your face & this is the 100th version of your nose. Lemme barf.» Another said: «Those lips and the glasses. She looks like a cartoon.»

A third person added: «Her lips are insane (and not in a good way),» with another person commenting: «I want the old Khloe back. Idk who this person is. I can’t stand those lips.»

However, not everyone was so critical of Khloe and many loved her look and dedication to her sister. Commenting on the original video, one fan said: «Okay but Khloé’s outfit,» adding two heart face emojis.

Another fan commented: «WE LOVE YOU KOKO,» while someone else added: «KoKo you get prettier every time I see you!» Khloe has been very open about the plastic surgery she’s had over the years.

During one episode of KUWTK in 2021, she said people have accused her of having a «face transplant» but insisted at that point she had only had one nose job. The Good American founder also admitted to having injections but said she stays away from Botox. Last year, Khloe further opened up about her nose job and told fans on social media that she had it done a few weeks before her daughter True Thompson’s first birthday.

As well as a nose job, Khloe has credited weight loss for her change in appearance. «I openly talk about my nose job and anyone who ‘looks up’ to me must know I’ve lost over 60 pounds over the years,» she said on Instagram after haters questioned her face. Khloe also shot back and said she «didn’t know I had to do a running list».
